1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MyFoodSupport (“MyFoodSupport,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply to your use of myfoodsupport.com and any pages connected to it (the “Site”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. About MyFoodSupport
MyFoodSupport is a privately operated, independent website. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any federal, state or local government or government benefit program.
We don't administer, approve or pay any benefit, grant, stimulus payment, loan or assistance program, and we don't decide who is eligible. For official government benefit information, visit USA.gov or contact the program directly.
3. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. No guarantee of benefits or results
Using the Site, answering any questionnaire, or completing a partner offer does not guarantee that you will qualify for, be approved for, or receive any benefit, grant, stimulus payment, discount, product or service.
Each program, provider and partner sets its own eligibility rules and makes its own decisions. Programs, amounts and availability change often and vary by location, and some may not be available to you.
5. Partner offers & compensation
The Site contains links to websites, questionnaires and offers run by third parties (“Partners”), including through affiliate networks. When you click a partner link, you leave the Site.
- We may be paid. We may receive compensation when you click a partner link, sign up, or complete an offer. This may affect which offers we show and where we show them.
- Their terms apply. Partner websites have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which govern anything you do or share there. Please read them carefully, especially before you give personal information or agree to any purchase, subscription or trial.
- We don't control Partners. We don't own or run Partner sites and are not responsible for their content, offers, products, services, accuracy or practices. Any dealings you have with a Partner are only between you and that Partner.
- A link isn't an endorsement. Linking to a Partner doesn't mean we, or any government agency, recommend or endorse it.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Give false information to us or to any Partner through the Site
- Generate fake clicks, leads or sign-ups, or use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Site
- Copy, scrape or republish content from the Site without our permission
- Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to gain unauthorized access to it
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your connection with anyone
8. Our content
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and the MyFoodSupport name, belong to MyFoodSupport or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, change, distribute or create works based on it without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We don't promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or secure, or that any information, resource or partner offer will be accurate, available or right for you.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MYFOODSUPPORT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PARTNER SITE OR OFFER.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some states don't allow certain limits on warranties or liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless MyFoodSupport and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the law.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@myfoodsupport.com. Most issues can be resolved informally, and we'll try in good faith to do so within 30 days. If we can't, any legal action related to the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. You may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court where you live.
13. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time. We may also restrict your access if you break these Terms.
14. General terms
- Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
- Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver: if we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: you can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a business sale.
